If we consider each of the Cascadia Floristic Region Floristic Region’s 900 native plant
species a unique child, we have 900 children to protect: already existing, unique. Folks tell us there will be more ponies if we have fewer children and that a maximum herd of ponies is possible if we tend to only 1 boy clone, Douglas Fir! Anyone who disagrees is a crazy paraglider … or did Martin Niemoller get it wrong?
