Imagine a “plant” made up of single cell individuals that can grow to look like a flower and attract insects to assist in reproduction. Or imagine them “getting together” and forming a slug-like mass and then crawling to a better habitat. These are the strangest of plants (if they are plants as they have cellulose in their cell walls). They feed like animals (amoebae) and move about! You can find them in lawn sprinkler (and light) connections, decaying logs and leaves, these are the strangest of living organisms!
