PLC courses limit their presentations of Oregon to the Indigenous Alsea, Chetco, Chinook, Coos, Coquille, Nehalem, Nestucca, Siletz, Siuslaw & Kuitsh, Tillamook, Tolowa, Umpqua and Yaquina Peoples, in part, because of the flora and fauna that are part of the Cascadia and Rocky Mountain Floristic Region.
