Washington States hosts 2 Eagles, the Golden and Bald. Both are superb parents. As their young mature in the nest, they begin to remove the soft moss and twigs. When clear/clean for the next year (because they do return to these nests) it is so uncomfortable that the young “fly away.” This is the prayer of every set of parents, to see their children fly off, successfully launching into life. It is a lesson, not just “for the birds.”
