Blue-Eyed Grass, also called Idaho Blue-Eyed Grass (Sisyrinchium idahoense) is found in areas that are moist, often in marshes. Not a true grass, it is a member of the Iridaceae Family, it grows by Kiosk 05 among the crabapple trees. Pilchuck Learning Center’s sponsored Western Washington State University SAM Project extinction possibility is slight; abundant, also found in the Rocky Mountains with little chance of extinction.
